While Chinn can’t be considered an upgrade over Moehrig, he is a nice chess piece with some similarities that was a lot cheaper at two years, $16 mil. He bounced back and had a very productive season last year with new Commanders coach Dan Quinn, who is a Pete Carroll disciple.
