Throughout reading Anne Frank's diary I hoped she would somehow survive in the end. I knew how it ended, but hey, dream on. Stumbling onto this was poignant to say the least.

@ZivanovicIvan Getting started is definitely a different experience. A good friend and I exchanged short stories when I was starting out, and that was a wonderful ‘safe’ environment to practice in. Good luck with the journey!

A question for #writers: What size of audience do you have in mind while writing? #WritingCommunity

@SpiralChris Maybe also people who are just starting out in writing. I think it helps with motivation. If I sat down to write and I knew nobody was going to read it, I might not even write it. However, when writing for myself, any additional reader would make me happy

@ZivanovicIvan "Write for an audience of one" is only useful advice for a writer who lacks the confidence to write in their own voice (or rather, voices), that is, to stop writers from pointlessly second guessing themselves.

@SpiralChris That's awesome, do you change style depending on the audience or do you have one style across all audiences? Also, how do you feel about the advice: "write for an audience of one", i.e. yourself?

@ZivanovicIvan Depend on the project. Some games I am writing for millions of demographically similar players; my philosophy books I expect to be read by a few thousand wildly different but intelligent readers; some things I write for that one person who needed to read it.

@ubisdimensions I finished it and bought it! I think the strongest levels were those with cubes and gravity switches because they were hard and satisfying to solve. I was disappointed with the last one; it took me less than a minute to clear. I think it is a well designed game though all in all

@GameAtomicGames Love the bulkiness paired with the narrow bones, but maybe fewer colors? E.g. the orange could be a shade of the already used blue on the legs, and the blue on the hat a shade of purple?
