I literally have no idea how I survived the last 6 months. I've been to some dark places with my #MentalHealth which I never knew could exist in my own head. The biggest battle I've ever had is - Me v Me..

The festive period is officially over. I hope all had a lovely break and if not, I hope you can breathe a sigh of relief that this period is over. The new year beckons 🙂.
