Just talked to someone in the know, and it sounds like Drew Doughty would have interest in moving on from Los Angeles. With Anze Kopitar retiring and Doughty not experiencing any playoff success in 12 years - he's fed up. Also, new Asst Coach Matt Greene has returned to giving Doughty wedgies as he did often in 2008. Word is the tension between Greener and Doughty is thicker than Willie Desjardins mental fog. Might be Addition by Subtraction in moving on from the Doughty boy.

The worst part about the Kings right now is that it’s Anze Kopitar’s final season. The greatest player in the franchise’s history and this is how they’re sending him out.
