We were in a track coaches meeting going over the week.
Someone asked,
“So what's the plan if Tuesday's weather doesn't cooperate?”
The room went quiet.
Not because it was a bad question.
Because no one had an answer that wasn’t,
“Well… we’ll adjust.”
Adjust HOW?
That’s the part no one teaches.
Most of us can write a solid plan.
Mileage.
Workouts.
Progression.
But the hard part isn’t planning.
It’s standing on the track, mid-practice, with real kids and real fatigue, and deciding:
Do we stay?
Do we cut it?
Do we move on?
That decision never shows up on the spreadsheet.
But it’s the one that decides how the season actually feels.

So many people think coaching is in the workouts
Coaching is a people business.
Coaching is in the conversations, in the adjustments, in the motivation, in the accountability, in the support.
There are elite programs and they don’t do the same thing every day.
What they do is pursue excellence daily in everything that day and do.
Yes, please get better at the science of coaching. But it doesn’t mean a thing if your athletes don’t trust you or can’t talk to you.
No you aren’t going to reach everyone or be successful with everyone.
Just do the absolute best you can with everything you have and be consistent as a communicator. Don’t be afraid to want more for yourself and your athletes

The more powerful you become, the more polarizing you become. That's not dysfunction - that's physics.
In the quantum field, higher frequency carries a stronger signal. So the moment you start radiating at a higher level of truth, people feel you before they understand you. You become impossible to ignore. And that's the point.
Because real power doesn't sit quietly in the corner - it activates. It brings light to the surface. But it also pulls shadow out of hiding. So don't be surprised when your expansion draws extremes.
Some will be magnetized to you, love you, praise you, feel like they've waited lifetimes to find your energy. Others will resist you, reject you, project onto you — not because you're wrong, but because your frequency threatens everything they haven't healed. And a lot of our business world is run by damaged ppl.
This is what happens when you embody coherence in a world built on distortion. Your presence becomes a mirror. A catalyst.
A frequency they can't escape. And that reaction - whether love or aversion - is a sign you're doing something real.
You're not here to be palatable. You're here to be potent. You're not here to be universally liked. You're here to be energetically true. So let them feel what they feel. Let them reveal who they are. Some people are worth fighting.
Because your light isn't meant to be dimmed just so others stay comfortable. It's meant to recalibrate the grid. And you're already doing that - just by standing in your frequency, unapologetically whole.

The last time we were home to a WNBA team (Detroit Shock) we ranked top five in attendance for five straight seasons, No. 1 in attendance for three straight seasons and set a single-game attendance record of 22,076 fans at Game 3 of the 2003 WNBA Finals.
Additionally more than 775,000 people were excited to come to Detroit for the 2024 NFL draft. Detroit is a sports town. We’re sure we’ll see the same excitement for the WNBA returning.
