Think about it: he played the entire ncaa tournament then turned around and played summer league and THEN turned around and played 80+ NBA games. Bruv’s body probably exhausted
Kon Knueppel just finished with six points on 2-12 shooting and was a -20 in a win-or-go-home game. His head coach benched him for the end of the fourth and all of overtime. His team still won.
This was the sixth time that Knueppel finished with less than 10 points this season. Third time in the last month.
Cooper Flagg finished with less than 10 points twice this season. One was the fourth game of his career. The other he got hurt in the second quarter.
This Rookie of the Year race shouldn’t even be a conversation.
I honestly hate this for Kon because he didn't ask for it but all the media idiots that were propping him up deserve every bit of it.
He's a REALLY good shooter that is an excellent role player.
But this guy is NOT in Coop's class.
Kon Knueppel is NOT Rookie of The Year!
Tonight’s Play-In Game proved that the “winning impact” narrative was created by the analytics-obsessed media simply to justify robbing Cooper Flagg of his rightful award.
