Il y a #100ans, le 4 novembre 1924, meurt à Paris à 79 ans le pianiste et organiste Gabriel Fauré, l’un des plus grands compositeurs français de la fin du 19e et du début du 20e siècles. Directeur du @CnsmdParis de 1905 à 1920 et considéré comme le maître de la mélodie française, il nous laisse environ 255 œuvres, dont sa fameuse Pavane en fa dièse mineur op 50 : youtube.com/watch?v=uyQsek…. Il vécut à #Paris17 de 1883 à 1911, au 73 avenue Niel puis au 154 boulevard Malesherbes, et depuis 1927 une petite voie porte son nom près de la rue de Lévis.
