Un médecin du sport vient de dire quelque chose qui va faire trembler le foot français. 😳 Selon le Dr Parot un enfant français qui ne fait pas de sport a aujourd'hui plus de chances de rester en bonne santé qu'un enfant qui pratique le football à la française. Il le dit clairement et sans détour. 😱 Et il précise bien : ce n'est pas vrai dans tous les pays. C'est un problème spécifiquement franco-français. 🇫🇷 Son constat est simple. Dans un club de football français un enfant n'aura quasiment aucune séance d'étirement. Alors qu'en Angleterre chaque entraînement de foot comprend 3 à 4 séances d'étirement. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Pour lui le problème n'est pas le football. C'est le football à la mode française. Et franchement difficile de lui donner tort quand on voit l'état des genoux et des chevilles de nos joueurs amateurs dès 30 ans.
