That first World Cup after your Golden Generation has aged out and retired can be a painful watch. Marcelo Bielsa and his coaching staff will make sure Uruguay aren't short of ideas. But the execution is lacking that previously-familiar X Factor.

Know Nmecha is a midfielder but a top club should sign him as their fullback. Can do everything and that is a position that affords space and arrivals, requires a big engine, and both attacking and defensive quality.
