Beli NAS siap pakai: + Udah siap pakai (include remote akses), setup tinggal klak klik 5 kali. + Mungkin lebih durable secara hardwarenya. - Biayanya lebih mahal untuk spek minimalis. - Beberapa merk NAS membatasi komponen yang bisa dipakai. Misalnya NAS Synology sekarang cuma bisa pakai hard disknya Synology juga. - Kekhawatiran soal privasi data (setiap orang punya pandangan berbeda tentang ini). Setup sendiri: + Bisa dapat spek lebih bagus dengan biaya yang lebih murah. + Punya kontrol lebih, bebas mau campur aduk komponen apa aja. - Harus setup sendiri 🤣 - Mungkin hardwarenya kurang durable kalo servernya beli bekas atau beli merk hard disk yang kurang bagus. Terkait biaya, bisa dilihat perbandingan tabel di bawah.
