@ShashiJairam Dude is 19th in passing yard but Shashi said he's average. Mmmk. Ranks 15th in passing TDs. He's a good QB, and when healthy better than 20 average QBs in the league, easily.

Yes we didโฆ thatโs how we playedโฆ we won by passing the football! Doesnโt mean no good players but QB, doesnโt mean we couldnโt run that ball at times, didnโt mean we didnโt have a good defenseโฆ but we THREW the ball to win, for ALL 60 minutes!!! We lived and died by it and I believe in the NFL to be elite you have to be able to do this for your team! Doesnโt mean team can only do thatโฆ or it happens every game, bc always exceptionsโฆ but there will be numerous times in MOST seasons (again certain times great in other areas wonโt always need QB to do this ie Indiana this season) where QB will have to be able to carry team or they lose! Not all QBs can do itโฆ doesnโt mean they arenโt good NFL QBs, but I believe they canโt be great if they canโt! So I explained what I meant by โcarryโ in other tweetsโฆ it doesnโt mean alone, it means are they continually the focal point of offense & how a team wins!! Is the pressure on them for 60 mins to perform or team loses? Thatโs what I mean by showing you have the ability to โcarryโ your team! Make sense??

Really just a 1 year contract at $11.3M for Kirk Cousins by the #Raiders.. Have a 2nd year option at 60M if they want to keep him.

Comp update: Kirk Cousins will sign a five-year, $172 million deal with the Raiders that in reality is a one-year, fully-guaranteed $20 million deal that also contains a club option for two years at $80M. The Falcons will pay Cousins $8.7 million this season, the Raiders another $1.3 million and Las Vegas also agreed to pay its new QB a fully-guaranteed $10 million roster bonus on the third day of the 2027 new league year. And maybe most notably, it also sets another new mark: this will be the 11th straight NFL season in which Cousinsโ contract will be fully guaranteed.

On the outside, IMO it looks pretty basic.
The coolest part is the inside of the hat with some skulls and Allegiant Stadium โฆ but only the owner gets to see that when he/she takes the hat off.
