@AsianFanatic_ @DolphinsRuined theres a lot of process that happens between the start of filing and getting to court. especially at the time in which this happened, a lot was backed up. we saw this just recently in hockey where a case that had happened way back in 2018 only got to court in 2023 & ended 2025
