Is this even true I live in a place where you have to go 40 min just to have any real food don't even know what this is. Twenty minutes later… I’m pushing a cart (WHY do they even have carts at a gas station??), my toddler is licking a 3-pound bag of gummy worms, My husband is talking to a complete stranger about beef jerky like it’s a fine wine tasting, and I’m somehow Standing there with a cart full of fudge, a brisket sandwich the size of my face., matching family Buc-ee’s shirts, and a cast iron skillet I absolutely did NOT need The baby has a whole new wardrobe and is now chewing on a Buc-ee’s spatula like a teether The 5-year-old has a beaver plushie the size of a Golden Retriever. And I’m $300 poorer wondering how the heck we just left a GAS STATION with more stuff than I got at Target last week. Buc-ee’s isn’t a gas station. It’s a full-blown amusement park disguised as a bathroom break. And we fall for it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Send help. And wet wipes. And maybe another brisket taco.

Guys. I talk about business, money, investing, travel, Tennessee sports, charity, and more recently(and most importantly), a lot about Jesus. I'm a middle aged, overweight, autistic man. I know I am not everyone's cup of tea. I get it. Just unfollow me. I won't hold it against you at all. I understand. But you don't ever have to see me on here. It's pretty easy to make me go away. 🤷‍♂️ If you just show up to argue on every post and never ever have anything constructive or kind to say, just move on? Why would you continually scream at me every time you see my posts? It makes no sense. I don't seek out your posts to cause you grief. I don't ask or take anything from anyone at all. I don't sell anything. I don't try to profit from anything. I just talk. I mean, other than a big move in spirituality, I have not changed on here. I am the same "arrogant", "narcissistic", whatever that I have been since day one. 🤷‍♂️ Just... go elsewhere.

Wesley Bryan and I got into a heated argument about what the majority of people’s favorite club is. I will stand firm and say it’s a 7 iron. There’s something about that club that’s very different than an 8 and 6. Wesley said a driver or 60 degree is the majority favorite. Who’s right here?

Flight delayed on tarmac. Missed our connection. Based on the other flights available, which were also delayed, and the fact that taking a flight tomorrow would require getting back into a security line stretching seemingly for miles, we decided to get a car and drive five hours to our destination. That’s how bad air travel is right now. Driving is faster. Air travel is awful in this country. People don’t realize just how much it sucks unless they have to do it a lot. It’s not just TSA. Flight delays. Air traffic control issues. Service is even worse than usual. Every airport is crowded and slow and worn down and dirty. Everyone brings their dogs. The term “service animal” doesn’t mean anything anymore. Air travel used to be luxurious. People used to wear suits. Working for an airline was prestigious. The employees took it seriously. It sucks now. It’s terrible. This is the kind of thing our leaders should be fixing. Because the most frustrating thing is that it is so eminently fixable. If only anyone bothered to try.
