@CopaAirlines I flew from VVI to PTY, my luggage was damaged, I did report it in Tocumen, they open a file but I haven’t heard anything from you since December 8th. I also filled the form on your webpage but no answer from you. Can you tell me please what to do next?

@qrsupport There is surge in travel. Normal after COVID but all airlines are not only increasing prices but also struggling operationally. In this trip I have to say I was impressed by @Delta. Great planes, very comfortable, on time and nice people at the gate & airplane. Qatar: never again

@qrsupport Pre-COVID I took between 40-50 flights a year. I have never experienced anything like this. They don’t have any customer care. All they say is “sorry for the inconvenience” - fly any other airline I’m sure somebody will care about you

@qrsupport After being rescheduled without a valid reason 1 day later plus 8 hours later for the connection with nocompensation for hotels or anything else. Still no customer support or care. Talked to the “no” customer service in Qatar and the only answer was “ we are sorry”. Nothing else

@qrsupport where is your customer service. I contacted you many times - just ignored me. You cancelled twice in one trip - no consideration for the implications. How can you gloat being “best airline in the world”. It will be my last trip with you if I make it home.

@qatarairways worst airline ever. No customer service whatsoever. In one trip two cancellations and reckless rebooking. Contacted them via their official website, no answer; called them “ Sorry, there is nothing we can do for you”. If you need to travel avoid them, period.

That’s how we should live our lives….

COVID-19 is (has been) the ultimate stress-test to capitalism and its leadership, with a very easy and straight forward assessment on leaders. Just answer the following question: Do they have any sense of decency?

With or without face masks - the importance of being clear and articulated :)

One great thing about face-masks is that we finally look into each other’s eyes again....and we keep eye contact while we talk.

As the outlook even with a couple of vaccines is still grim, why not taking this time to reflect and think about the future as Thomas Paine once wrote “We have in our power to begin the world again...”. (And also the opportunity).

1/ We read tons of articles about the “new normal”, we are all looking forward to going back to life as it was before the pandemic and the lockdowns, we are all eager to resume those activities and life moments we cherished and were so used to do....
