With measles cases rising in the U.S., former U.S. surgeon general Dr. Jerome Adams says that โ€œnormally, we're able to control those outbreaks because of the CDC,โ€ but โ€œall of that has been cut.โ€ And now, instead of one case turning into two or three and being stopped, it's turning into 20, and 50, and 100 cases.
