Over the past year, I dedicated a significant amount of time contributing to the Arcium ecosystem and community. From hosting weekly community spaces (gMPC Roll Calls), moderating discussions, helping organize the Arcium Virtual Summit, supporting community operations behind the scenes, contributing to ecosystem marketing efforts, and consistently showing up through every phase of growth, uncertainty, and delays, it's been a journey I've genuinely learned a lot from. Today, I finally received my RTG allocation. More than anything, this experience reinforced something important for me: Consistency compounds, which wasn't easy tbvh. A lot of people underestimate what showing up every week for months can lead to, especially in emerging ecosystems where outcomes are never guaranteed. Through this process, I realized how much I genuinely enjoy: • Community building • Ecosystem growth • Hosting conversations and spaces • Contributor coordination • Marketing and community strategy • Helping shape narratives around emerging technologies This allocation isn't just a number to me. It's proof that showing up consistently, contributing with intention, and staying committed over time can lead to real outcomes. I came, I worked for it, I contributed, I learned, I built relationships, and I have something tangible to show for it. I'm grateful to everyone I built alongside from @aberamaaa, @lilybillionaire and to the Arcium team (@alexsmiles14, @loosty, and @milianstx) for the opportunity to contribute to something ambitious in the confidential computing space ☂️ Looking forward, I definitely want to continue building, contributing, and helping grow meaningful ecosystems long term.
