It's definitely intentional; it's probably even a point of pride for him. As a prince, he was taught to always be well-groomed and presentable. I also think he enjoys looking good for us.

Maybe it's just the art direction, but I've always found it interesting how Xavier always ends up looking so clean and smooth. No body hair, no visible happy trail, just sun-kissed perfection🫣 Even at the beach, where a rougher look would've made sense, he still looks incredibly well-groomed. Considering he grew up as a prince, do you think that's an intentional part of his characterization, or am I reading way too much into the details??😭
