I know I sound very cliche but as someone who has been struggling with depression and multiple mental health disorders, trust me when I say this :))

14 year old me would’ve never thought that I would get better like EVER so that’s why I also wanna say that getting better IS in fact possible. It’s a hard journey, there are definitely a lot of ups and downs but in the end, you just have to push through and fight. Ily guys
