can we not slam the weights down after a set it’s startling 😭 i get some exercises like a snatch it’s normal. but on the stack machines? calm down. this is the reason the cable machines at my gym are constantly breaking because people just wanna show off and make noise

on a very similar note, just clean up after yourself in general. if you’re gonna take the 10kgs to the corner of the gym to workout, fine. but put them back when you’re done because now i’m doing a treasure hunt around the building trying to find them!
