Your exact resolution criteria states: "mutually agreed halt between Israel AND Hezbollah — based on official statements from BOTH parties" Not Lebanon. Not the Lebanese government. Specifically: Israel AND Hezbollah. Both parties. Mutual. Official statements. Zero ambiguity. None of these conditions were met by April 18.
