why does a white outline appear? how do i get rid of it? i know that i can set the interpolation to closest but that still dosent fix my problem

I FIXED IT! for everyone having the same problem:

@heliumfrog not that either. i downloaded a sims2 tree model and looked at the texture. when importing that texture it doesnt have that problem at all, although it has the same settings

@arexmotion maybe an alpha blending problem? try premultiplied

@dekaf i struggle with finding textures really, where can i get good reference images?

@arexmotion Isolate elements onto an atlas that you can map onto a card. Ideally you have a branch and its leaves in one clump and so on. It really depends on how detailed or close up you get to it. The further away the bigger the mass of branches and leaves

genuinely, how do you make foliage textures? i struggle with it so much
