@WelshLabour In all honesty Eluned looked weak and only the green candidate weaker. Reform spoke with sense, the tories not far behind. Rhun looked scared with some of his cross questioning and we'd love to know where his cash tree is. And lib dem reckons we all know a Ukrainian 🤣😂

@ITVWales Suppressing reasonable discussion and/or opinion by accusations of 'stoking fear' is not helpful to anyone.

@RUKWales Every other party outright refusing to acknowledge that there’s any issues with mass immigration, Plaid Cymru can’t even acknowledge illegal immigration exists, genuinely remarkable

They’ve been spouting this garbage for years, and the only thing they’ve ever achieved is to waste tax payers money on themselves and stupid projects that drag Wales down to the bottom of the pile, wake up Wales, vote Reform Uk!

@BBCWalesNews Yet again Rhun avoided providing any clarity over funding. Vagueness.

To scrap 20mph. 🚗 To reform our NHS. 🏥 To back Wales farmers. 🚜 To cut 1p off income tax. 💷 To put Wales people FIRST. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 To attract businesses back to Wales. 📈 To build a better Wales for the future. 🌟 To protect and de-politicise our Welsh language. 🗣️ To stop wind turbines destroying our countryside. 🌄 To end the divisive Nation of Sanctuary proposals. ⚖️ To give our children a better (and politics free) education. 🎓 To protect and promote our tourism and hospitality sector. 🏨 Vote for @reformparty_uk 🗳️💙

What would you ask the politicians vying to be your First Minister? Adrian Masters will be chairing the Wales Decides 2026 - The Debate on Sunday at 8pm on ITV Cymru Wales, also streaming on ITVX and ITV News' Youtube channel. #itvnews #politics #walesdecides2026

@ITVWales We don't just want to know pledges - much more useful to hear party leaders clearly explain their policies and the practical and financial implications. Women are around 51% of the population; what do parties propose on single sex spaces?

This guy is either genuinely confused, or dishonest. Like many on the left he seems (or pretends) to think that his side has a monopoly on concern for Wales. As a lifelong nationalist, who has always been on the political right, I know he's talking nonsense. I speak from personal experience, and the people I've known, from Saunders Lewis to Cayo Evans to R S Thomas. The left does not, and NEVER had, a monopoly on patriotism or wanting the best for Wales. What's worrying is that too many on the left nowadays want more power, or independence, in order to give them a bigger platform from which to make Woke gestures. Such as gender self-ID, destroying farming (to 'save the planet'), DEI, open borders, ending private transport, more foreign aid (trees in Africa, anyone?), tackling 'white supremacy' . . . All of which would harm the interests of most Welsh people. Especially the poorest among us. Because since Brexit there's something dangerously elitist about the left. Everybody's more important than their own struggling people.

@ITVWales @ITVWales Welsh voters deserve clear information from party leaders about their policies and the practical and financial implications. Good intentions mean very little without substance.

Ever wonder what politicians order at the chip shop? Or maybe what celebrities they’d most like to share a plate of chips with? As we approach the Senedd Election, we’ve been getting to know the leaders of the six larger political parties in Wales. Today it's the turn of Anthony Slaughter, Wales Green Party Leader. Brilliant response in Tredunnock and on some farms that I visited this evening. 💪🏼🩵 Thank you so much to everyone that said they will support us. This will be one of the most important elections you’ll ever vote in. A lot is at stake. The thought of a Plaid/Green coalition - with even Labour again too - is scaring people. 🥀 Was heartbreaking to hear that a well-loved local business, Usk Boarding Kennels, which has been there for 20 years, employing family and many local people, has closed down thanks, as they say, to Labour making it impossible for them to carry on. ➡️ We have to make the right conditions and give the right support to make businesses thrive. Our small and medium businesses are the lifeblood of Wales. Enough’s enough. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Wales needs Reform ➡️Monmouthshire & Torfaen need Reform. 🗳️ Vote Reform on May 7th #sirfynwytorfaen #seneddelections2026 #wales @RUKWales @reformparty_uk
