EST IN MATCHA MOOD #OreoMatchaHousexEst #est_rvp 💭: regarding the (airport) incident where people crowded around you, how did you feel? 🦈: i found it funny because the clip made it look like i was being arrested. but i really want to thank the security team and p’ko for protecting me. i also listened to phuwin’s interview and basically, no one wants something like this to happen. the people who love me and who weren’t involved were worried about me and i could really feel that concern from the fans. that’s why i went live that night to let everyone know that i was okay. the team took great care of me and protected me very well. like phuwin said, the people listening to this right now aren’t the ones doing it and the people who are doing it probably won’t listen anyway. i just hope there will be more awareness because the area was quite dangerous. there were other passengers at the airport who were also getting pushed and there were areas with escalators. if the security team hadn’t been there, someone could have gotten hurt. i really don’t want that to happen. 💭: when you got off the plane, how prepared were you and your manager for something like this? 🦈: honestly, i’d never experienced anything like that before and i didn’t expect it to be that intense. i’d seen the clip of pond running before my trip, so i had already seen what happened to pond. so that day, i wore running shoes just in case there was some kind of emergency. but i still thought we probably wouldn’t face anything that serious, so i was very surprised that it started as soon as we got to the airport. at first, when i walked out, people would just say hi and welcome me normally but once we passed the barricade, it started feeling strange. and as we kept walking, it started getting more crowded. i think this is something that no one wants to happen. thankfully, it only happened at the airport. at hotels or private places, i haven’t encountered anything like that. maybe the message has gotten across and they realize this kind of behavior shouldn’t happen. 💭: what were you thinking while the security guards were surrounding you? 🦈: honestly, i was worried about the other people using the airport. i saw passengers pulling their luggage while looking at their phones and they didn’t notice what was happening, so they got pushed when the crowd rushed in. honestly, i felt a little guilty about that. personally, i was fine and i wanted to reassure the fans that i wasn’t injured. the ones who might get hurt are the people doing it because i saw people bumping into poles and dropping their phones. i feel like there’s nothing good about this for either the person being filmed or the person doing the filming. i feel like the clips that came out weren’t really worth screaming over to that extent. i think it didn’t even need to be filmed. 💭: in that situation, were you worried about safety because there were so many people? 🦈: honestly, i wasn’t that worried about myself because i feel like i can take care of myself to a certain extent and my team especially p’ko protected me a lot. but i was worried about the people who were affected or the people filming because they weren’t even looking where they were going and sometimes they were bumping into things. i just want everyone to take better care of themselves instead. because actually, we can meet each other at events or in official places. i feel that when we meet like that, we can feel at ease and i can give moments to everyone to the fullest. that way, both sides feel at ease. i feel like we’ve been seeing each other quite often lately. so if you miss me, it’s better to come see me in the places where we’re supposed to meet.
