Someone sent a a card in the mail to get an autograph from Todd Jones, mostly known for being a Detroit Tiger. The sender added a fiver for good will. Jones signed the card and the five dollar bill, claiming that now his autograph was worth five bucks. It's nice when things are a bit lighthearted in a baseball card world of anger and money. Thanks for being cool, Todd. We could use a few more like you right now.

I asked LeBron James if he’s seen Luka Dončić unlock a new level to his game after the emotional trade, maybe motivating him in ways that wouldn’t have happened if he stayed in Dallas his entire career. “A new level to his game, I think the most important is just his comfort. Obviously, when you get traded midseason, and him spending his first seven or eight years here. Obviously, I was shocked to everybody. You know everybody that was involved in everybody that wasn’t involved in this whole sports world. Obviously him and the guys that were involved in the trade, but I think the biggest thing this year it’s just more comfortable, you know. Understand the system, understanding the city, you know the city embracing him. Understand that this is him team and we’re all rallying around him. We all know it’s an emotional/big game when you come back and play your former team. He showed who he is tonight.”
