Ed twt does enable and groom kids into having eating disorders btw. No matter how hard you try to say it doesn’t. That’s how I got mine, and I’m sure so many others have as well

@meetinginadream @c4ls0ut @freekslurp counting calories just adds more stress though, i don’t count calories anymore because whether you eat a quest bar or an oreo, both can make you gain weight based on how much you eat of it. that’s why you should focus on the portion size comfortable for your body
