A judge in Brazil 🇧🇷 condemned a Brazilian family for "intellectual abandonment" for homeschooling their kids
Their kids read an average of 30 books a year vs the brazilian average of 5
The judge deemed they were giving their kids a "restrictive worldview" due to teaching them musical theory, latin, sacred art and Christianity instead of funk, sexuality, and other religions
Parents are now in jail for 50 days, among other penalties
Remember this when people say latam is the land of freedom - or that public schooling is for the kid's sake

Entre seus argumentos, ele disse que as crianças não consumirem funk e sertanejo e a educação ser focada em arte sacra mostrava uma visão restrita de mundo. Sim. Ele fez isso. O juiz citou que pais devem sim ficar presos por 50 dias, entre outras penalidades... Porque suas filhas não eram expostas a funk e sertanejo. O plano de ensino dos pais tinha latim, piano e teoria musical. A mãe se formou em matemática pra educar as crianças. Mas o juiz. Não é brincadeira. Não é meme. É sério. O juiz afirmou que como não tem conteúdos de sexualidade, gênero, sertanejo, funk, outras religiões, etc... Tá errado. As filhas leem 30 livros por ano. Uma delas leu mais de 6mil páginas. Isso é mais do que o Lula leu em toda a sua vida. Não é a toa que tantas famílias homeschoolers estão saindo do Brasil. A maioria para o Paraguai, mas também tem uma onda para o Chile, Panamá e alguns outros países. E mesmo que você não esteja interessado em homeschooling, ainda assim tem um aviso pra você aqui. A jurisprudência agora é que não exposição a funk e sertanejo pode dar cadeia. É isso que estão fazendo com a educação dos seus filhos. Queremos ajudar você a sair do Brasil e se proteger disso. I've received a lot of vitriol regarding my post about @ChudTheBuilder, so I would like to clarify a few things:
1. I am 100% correct on every single point.
2. Dozens of people have commented saying that Chud walks up to random people and antagonizes them for no reason. Every time I ask for even one video of him antagonizing people who are not already misbehaving in public, these commenters disappear.
3. Dozens more are whining about the fact that he doesn't just turn his head and walk away. This seems to be their answer to everything, because they are cowards.
4. Many more continue accidentally proving our point. "Go around using the N-word and you are going to get murdered". Yeah. That's the point. We are being forced to live with violent an unstable people. There is no name you can call me that will make me murder you.
5. "Your boy is going to jail". Meh, I doubt that. He was hit first, and had reasonable grounds to believe that he was in serious danger due to the violent history of the man who attacked him. This is the same man who was charged with domestic assault and attempting to burn down an apartment building when he was mad at his wife. Seems like this will be a pretty simple case of "Stand Your Ground" in TN, as these two elements would seemingly meet the burden to justify the shooting.
6. That post really brought out the degenerates. Pray that God would save them, or spare us of their presence.
