How can anyone say the Sidra app is bug free? Once again there is a claiming issue, but this time in a completely different way. The app didn’t even open the camera for face tracking, no verification process was performed, no action was completed, and yet it instantly showed “Failed to claim coins. Please try again.” How does a claim fail when the process never even started?
It honestly feels like every possible obstacle is being introduced so that community members cannot mine or claim successfully. This is turning into a real patience test. First login issues, then swap failures, now invisible face verification and instant claim rejection.
Every time it’s a new style of error.
What’s even more confusing is adding features like a mining streak while the basic mining and claiming functions are not working properly. What is the point of tracking consistency when users are not even allowed to complete a claim successfully?
The community deserves a stable system, not continuous experiments on their patience.
