@rexicfemcel Its when u have low bmi but higher body fat percentage so the scale is low but u might still feel like u look chubby or something. Up ur protein intake and incorporate resistance training for body recomposition (replacing fat into to muscle to look sharper)

This was hard bc I like the taste of some stuff but not actually the thing. For example, raspberry jams is good but not raspberries themselves, or blueberries in smoothies is good but not as a whole/individual food.

@rowrexia Yess!! I actually qtwt this post after I did some research and came to the same conclusion so it must be correct! It’s so interesting, i knew water retention was a thing but I didn’t realise it was actually captured in the fat cells, that’s crazy. Thank you for explaining!🤍🤍

@bbyrexi don’t quote me on this but as far as i know when you lose fat the empty cells will sometimes fill with water which can cause a plateau. but when the body finally lets it go you’ll see a quick drop cause you were still losing during that time it was just masked by the water
