@jschwabish I had a flight Boston-Zurich via Munich this summer. Lufthansa just canceled the MUN-ZUR connection. They gave me $50. (And I was still stranded in MUN - had to rent a car and drive.) Totally fair and reasonable.

Flight delayed by 4+ hours due to mechanical issues. United gave me a $15 food credit. That makes it all worthwhile, right?
