as someone with adhd, i dont understand these kind of tips since they're just a direct road to a bad burnout stage. it's not feasible at all in the long run. please have little moments of rest in between (seemingly) hard tasks, let's take care to not overexert ourselves ๐ค

the first rule of ADHD is Never Sit Down and Donโt Take A Break. breaks are traps. momentum is your friend. you will get bored long before you get tired and you will conflate the two and it is ur brainโs favorite lie! do it in one sweep!

@bitesizedstar Pour ma part je pense que ce sont les moteurs de recherche ia qui proposent des rรฉsultats mรฉdiocres ; si je mets "-ai" dans ma recherche, les rรฉsultats sont meilleurs (avec le rรฉfรฉrencement d'avant, pas en interprรฉtant ma recherche d'une faรงon erronรฉe)

ive noticed i havent been able to properly find correct information anywhere as intended, at least like i used to a year before, and i think this might just be a grand scheme on making us all rely on ai chatbots and ai search engines cuz u can be hyper specific with them๐ญ
