The SWAC lost 3 head coaches to be assistants at HM schools.
I want HBCUโs to succeed but itโs going to be hard to keep coaches when 80% of non conf schedule is money games on road until January.
Itโs bad for team morale and hard to get fan base behind you when you start conference play 2-13.

@Real_JPIII @artnkicks Under achieving ? Ruffin tore his ACL year 1 , Kevion Hunt & Mitchell both got hurt in the SWAC championship game , and this year we had more injuries / young team lol man won .600 of his conference games stats don't lie
