@jaronmyers We rented to our former youth minister, his wife and child at below market. No security deposit, no last month’s rent. They caused thousands in damage. They were an older couple and were lying to us about the condition and taking advantage of our trust.

If you’re a Christian who owns and rents multiple properties here’s a challenge. Give free or reduced rent. You get to keep the equity on the property, it will still return on your investment. Don’t be a goblin 👍🏻
