@tonyblackburn Tony, can I ask what ever happened to Mark and Lard from radio 1, they used to keep me company from the midlands to Norfolk on a daily basis, they were a right pair of characters.

I was sent this yesterday. This was the advert I answered in 1964. If it hadn’t been for this I wouldn’t have been doing what I’ve done for the last 60 years. I owe this little ad everything.

Unbelievable, an HGV driver delivering school meals to the school & this fella, complaining because “it makes it harder to cycle to school” Where else is he supposed to unload?! Just get off your bike & walk around the truck, the world has gone mad 😡

@LukeVernon Yes I went to that last year, but it’s not on Saturday this year, so probably won’t be going, was good though, got to drive loads of new trucks, I tried the electric ones, was an interesting experience.
