AMERICA DIDN’T DO ISRAEL A FAVOR — ISRAEL FOUGHT AMERICA’S WAR! @JDVance right after the G7 meeting told Israeli leaders to watch their mouths because 2/3 of the weapons used in the past, few months were made in America and paid for by American taxpayers. What he failed to mention is that those weapons weren’t a handout. They were used by Israeli fighter pilots who fought side-by-side with America like lions to destroy a common enemy only to now get screws by a deal that clearly JD Vance has been pushing. All those G7 leaders came running to hug and cuddle up with Vance and Trump, yet every single one refused to join the war. Only Israel stepped up and fought with us. Maybe it’s time we hold a G2 summit — just Israel and America, the only two countries willing to actually fight side by side. On a side Israel outclassed American fighter pilots. While America had aircraft carriers parked right outside Iran, Israeli pilots flew long, dangerous missions with constant mid-air refueling and lost zero fighter pilots. Show some damn respect, Mr. Vance This was no favor. This was Israel being a true ally and stepping up to the plate when everyone else refused. This tiny resilient country is a far better ally than you will ever understand.

Without Israeli intelligence and Israeli technology, America would be screwed in ways most Americans cannot even comprehend. Israelis — and American Jews — are always very polite about this, and frankly rarely speak of it, but that might have been a mistake. The White House needs to be very careful here. What they are allowing JD Vance to do is extremely dangerous. They must stop before they make a mess that cannot be unmade.
When you lie to the world that thousands of Israelis did not struggle and suffer and die to create and protect and sustain Israel, and instead claim that America created and sustains Israel (which is possibly the biggest lie that could ever be told about the history of the State of Israel), you are playing with fire — because it is the same Israeli people you just lied about whom you depend on to produce and provide the technology and intelligence that you need.
And yes, you do need it.
And no, you don’t have an alternative.

Mark, I support the idea of a pilot. What data from the pilot would convince you on expansion? It would be good to test global budgeting, negotiation, and how to drive down costs while having excellence in care. And we can test whether we would need higher Medicare rates or not after facility fees and middlemen bloat is eliminated. CMS could be doing these pilots.
Let's say you were the head of CMS. You were working for a modern day President influenced by FDR. He said to you Mark, we need to get Medicare expanded to 50. We have the votes. You are an effective leader. You know how to get stuff done. You implement it.

I have an idea for you. Get a bunch of Dem donors to buy or lease or take over a small hospital. Plenty are close to going out of business. Have it charge ONLY MEDICARE RATES. For everything. Be completely transparent with every penny you spend so everyone can see what it truly costs to run a small hospital. See if you can make it work. See what services you can offer. Do not ask for any government subsidies. It has to operate at least to break even. There are some hospitals that already do this. It wouldn’t be unique. If it works out, you can buy another one. Then another one. Till you have a network. I’ll help where I can. And for those asking the inevitable, I have tried. As I posted earlier, they all ghosted me after learning how transparent I wanted to be.
