I hadnโt started the June #rtpjunemonthlychallenge until now due to illness. However today I did a mini workout of days 1-4 & now Iโm up-to-date! The cake? That was carb loading before the workout ๐๐คฃ

Today was my last run in Oz for 7 weeks. I leave for Sweden tomorrow. It was a foggy start this morning but cleared to a sunny day for my run this afternoon. Up early tomorrow to catch he bus to Sydney. ๐๐ซ

A chilly start for parkrun #139 at Wagi Bridge. An undulating 2 lap course. #21 for the year. E2E were out in force this morning - lots of green out there! For me it was a PB at this parkrun so very happy.

It was a very chilly early morning run session today. Which then turned into a beautiful sunny dayโฆagain. A lower body strength session + core workout later in the morning.

Started the day with a functional fitness workout + day 22 #rtpcorechallenge. A good warmup for an easy run with 12 x 30s strides. Walked to the shops to do some shopping. Another gorgeous autumn day โ๏ธ

Day 21 #rtpcorechallenge done early this morning after an arms/core session. Ran a very easy 45mins after dental visit on a sunny morning. Lunch with a friend followed by school pickup.
