In the Wee Boundary Bell Cathkin and Glasgow were tied so each team selected a man for a 1 hole shoot out on the 9th. Patrick Cantlay stepped up for Glasgow…then stepped away, back in, back out, back in and eventually hit a great shot pin high and par won it for him.

Well we played the boundary bell today in somewhat breezy conditions at Bonnyton. I’m afraid Glasgow came out 5-3 winners. Tough conditions but well done Glasgow.

@WoodenSpoon1 Apologies for the tardiness. Gordon Sangster won with very impressive golf. 31 shots for the front 9 in the morning gave him the lead and he never looked back.

Club championship rounds 1 and 2 on Sunday. Some big matches in round 1 as always. Ricky and Harry playing each other for the 7th straight year.

Congratulations to Gordon Sangster and Ricky Gray on progressing to the final once again. All 4 players would have been under par tonight so some great golf on display.

So following the first 2 rounds today the semi finals will be contested on Wednesday as follows; Gordon Sangster vs David McLaren John Hamilton vs Ricky Gray
