People know that the Canadiens finished 6th overall in the NHL this year, right? And they beat the 4th & 5th overall teams to get here. Did I imagine that? They’re not fraudulent, they’re exhausted. 2/3 of their first line have played almost 110 games this year.

Despite it all, we made it further than the Colorado Avalanche. We beat the 5th and 4th best teams in the NHL. We finished 6th overall. We were the 3rd last team in the playoffs to be eliminated. #Habs are not frauds. They have work to do, but they'll be back and better.

@NClarizio27 I would have liked to have seen some line mix. Bring in a scrappy Gali, Arber Xhekaj something to light a fire. You have to have mix of hockey and scrap. They don’t have that mix

It’s crazy how I’m seeing so many other teams fan bases rip on the Montréal Canadiens for likely losing in five to Carolina, when the Colorado avalanche got swept and everyone is mostly crickets about that #GoHabsGo

@RepublicanInCLT Also it’s the same exact offense that got them into the playoffs. They ranked 24th in the league in shots on goal per game. 3 games this series and the shot differential is 92-47 yet 2 games have gone to OT and one route by Montreal. I’m not worried.

@Sens_HQ Leaving the ice prior to initiating contact is a penalty, nothing to do with intent, nothing to do with the player absorbing said contact. You can make contact and then elevate off the ice, but you cannot leave the ice prior to contact. It’s a very simple rule.
