i see now that I was in pain and wanted others to feel it, too. this was my way of communicating.
“I’m already seen as either a madman or a genocider. What’s one more title?” Endless oceans of despair and slaughter. And he’s getting too tired to care of what others believe of his own plight. “Speak. Before I lose my patience and they come to gnaw us both alive.”
Easy for an outsider to say when they don't have to face the atrocities of everything. When everyone has a point what is one supposed to do? Stay stubborn? Act like you can't hear the screams? People like you can never understand. The gap is just too wide.
What point is that belief when it doesn't change the vile action itself? Right is wrong, up is down, in this place everything is twisted. Was it really the right thing to slaughter? When everyone is screaming for beliefs they have no choice but to chase?
