@SO2portaloos I think it’s a great aspiration but unrealistic. Could try ensuring going for the ‘best’ contract rather than the cheapest and better holding to account. Alternatively, a daily food charge, heavily subsidised might do it. It’s all about money!

@cherrycerrone Preferably aiming to have it all military chefs. But understand we’re not there right now. Same aspiration should be for housing too. We need to be self sustainable. The era of experimenting with contracting everything out has been proven wrong and we should just face up to that.
