simply put, hk's ticketing system is not ready for bts. @bts_bighit @BIGHIT_MUSIC please reconsider putting hong kong as a stop in future tours. there shouldn’t be a show here if

who secured 1000+ tickets while fans got none. bts have returned to hk after 7 long years. we waited. but the mess cannot be justified just because we want to watch a concert.

secure tix through this presale. (4) scalpers while barely any hk armys secured tickets, scalpers came flaunting their long lists of tickets purchased with bots and illegal means. A $3000+HKD ticket is being sold for $30000+ HKD. authorities are yet to interfere with scalpers+

(3) livenation presale livenation page also shows an error before ticketing even started. livenation directs users to hkticketing for presale, and of course the same issue persists, which we r only let in once all tickets are sold out. i don't think i saw anyone+

while many of us live reasonably close to the venue, the bundle tickets were the only way we can see bts in our hometown. ironically, we had to book hotels in our own city just to get a show ticket.

(1) army membership presale hkticketing claims waiting room function can ease site traffic. however even the waiting room could not be entered. the website simply cannot handle traffic. the site has no queues, no seat maps to show individual seats, and seats are randomly+
