@Fireblade_Jim I drive a Kombi van classed as an N1 on the V5, yet meets the criteria for a dual purpose vehicle. If I get one of these then I have to send off photos and quote the description for a dual purpose vehicle and it’s quashed. Luckily there’s a template letter other owners use.

@DanT1981 Thank you! As having received portion of a bill for £8400 for a 2ft trampoline, I’ll certainly be providing my views. There’s no oversight, not transparency with the quote or tender process and I was not made fully aware when purchasing my house.

@CMAgovUK As someone who just received an £8400 for a 2ft square trampoline and threats that non payment would lead to a charge on the mortgage, thank you! Happy to provide all the paperwork I’ve got. The tender process should be transparent and residents should have a say.
