I teach people to build AI advisory businesses that close $10K–$100K deals. Here's exactly how it works: Most businesses want AI but have no idea what to do with it. They need someone to walk in, tell them what to automate, and make it happen. That's the AI advisor. That's the business. We give you the assessment tool to diagnose any business in one conversation. The sales scripts to close without feeling salesy. The pitch decks, the templates, the coaching. And a dev team that builds the actual work, you deliver it to your client and keep every dollar. You don't build the AI. You sell the outcome. We handle the rest. First client in 30 days. That's the goal. Follow if you want to see how it's done. More: profitmachine.ai

2026 is not for watching. It’s for building. • Build skills that pay • Build a body you respect • Build a brand people trust • Build discipline before motivation • Build leverage (content, systems, assets) The ones who start now won’t need motivation later.

Charging less doesn't make it easier to sell. It makes it harder. Low price means low trust. Low trust means more objections. More objections means longer sales cycles. I teach my clients to start at $2,500 a month and move up from there. Not because it's aggressive. Because it's what the market actually pays for real outcomes.

@Savage_Vortex9 Here’s the thing. Not every person who played in the masters is a member. That means they couldn’t play the course as much as they wanted…

Sorry but this is one of the most undeserved Masters wins in history… Rory literally played Augusta every day for a month straight before the tournament. How is this allowed by the USGA?

I was not always a positive person. I chose to become one. Deliberately. Repeatedly. Every single day. That choice has compounded longer than any investment I've ever made. Your mindset is not a personality trait. It's a decision you make every morning.

I don't implement AI because it's trendy. I implement it because it cuts cost, saves time, or makes money. If it doesn't do one of those three things I don't touch it. Most people chasing AI tools fail that test on the first question.

Grew up working on race cars. Still can't sit still. Built 8 companies because of it. Turns out being unable to quit is a pretty good business strategy.

I hire slow and fire fast. Every time I've rushed a hire I've regretted it. Every time I've held on too long I've regretted it more. The right person in the wrong seat costs you money. The wrong person in any seat costs you everything. Simple rule. Hard to follow. Worth it every time.

Here's the exact business model I teach inside AI Profit Machine: You run a 45-minute assessment with a business owner. You find where they're losing money to inefficiency. You show them the number. They pay you $2,500 to $10,000 a month to fix it. You submit the build request to the dev team. They build it. You deliver it. You keep 100% of the profit. No code. No agency. No overhead. Just strategy, a conversation, and a close. This is what I wish existed when I was starting out. Comment MACHINE and I'll show you how to get into it.

@codewithimanshu Great system for thinking. Now imagine using it to run client assessments, track business opportunities, and close $5K a month retainers. That's when a second brain becomes a money machine.

INSTEAD OF WATCHING NETFLIX TONIGHT. Spend 1 hour building this. $20,000/Month Businesses Start With a 2nd Brain. You're Still Taking Notes in 5 Different Apps and Losing Every Good Idea You've Ever Had. Learn to make Claude Code, your own personal JARVIS. A second brain that captures everything, connects every idea, and thinks alongside you using the most powerful AI model available. 1 hour to set up. Works while you sleep. The people who build this tonight will never work the same way again. The people who skip it will still be taking scattered notes next year wondering why they can't think clearly. This video shows every step. Save it. Watch it tonight. Follow @codewithimanshu for more AI systems that make you dangerously productive. Save this post. Build it tonight. Or lose another year of scattered thinking. ↓ Let's talk about your "system." You don't have one. Notes in Apple Notes. Ideas in Google Docs. Bookmarks in Chrome. Screenshots in your camera roll. Voice memos you'll never replay. Texts to yourself you forgot about. 5 apps. Zero connection between them. You had a $50,000 idea 3 months ago. You wrote it on a napkin. Or maybe your Notes app. Or maybe a Slack message to yourself. You can't find it now. Because your "system" is chaos pretending to be organization. Every lost idea is lost money. Every scattered note is scattered thinking. Every forgotten insight is a forgotten opportunity. The people making $10K/month don't think harder than you. They capture better than you. They connect better than you. They retrieve better than you. Their second brain remembers what yours forgot. That's the entire difference. Follow @codewithimanshu for more AI systems that make you dangerously productive. Save this post. Build it tonight. Or lose another year of scattered thinking. ↓ What Obsidian + Claude Code actually builds. Not another notes app. Not another to-do list. Not another "productivity tool" you'll abandon in 2 weeks. A thinking machine. You capture a thought. Obsidian stores it. Claude Code connects it to every related idea you've ever had. Surfaces patterns you'd never see. Builds on your past thinking automatically. Write a note about a business idea today. Claude connects it to that article you saved 4 months ago. And that conversation you logged last week. And that market research you forgot about. Dots you'd never connect yourself. Connected instantly. Automatically. That's not a notes app. That's JARVIS. ↓ Why the smartest people you know seem to "think better" than you. They don't. They capture everything. They connect everything. They retrieve anything in seconds. You lose 90% of what you learn within a week of learning it. That's not a guess. That's the forgetting curve. It's science. Without a second brain, you're rebuilding your thinking from scratch every single time you sit down to work. Imagine a developer who deletes their codebase every Monday and starts over. That's you. Every week. With your ideas. The smartest people aren't smarter. They just don't delete their thinking. ↓ The setup takes 1 hour. Install Obsidian. Free. Set up Claude Code integration. Configure your vault structure. Build your first connected notes. 1 hour. That's less time than you spent last night scrolling Twitter and watching reels about "productivity tips" you'll never implement. The irony of consuming productivity content instead of building a productivity system is apparently lost on you. 1 hour tonight builds a system that works for the rest of your life. 8 hours tonight on Netflix builds nothing. Same evening. One choice compounds forever. The other evaporates by morning. Follow @codewithimanshu for more AI systems that make you dangerously productive. Save this post. Build it tonight. Or lose another year of scattered thinking. ↓ What this looks like in practice. Monday: You take notes during a client call. Claude connects them to your proposal template. Your follow-up email writes itself from your notes. Tuesday: You read an article about market trends. Claude links it to 3 past ideas you had that are now more relevant than ever. A new business opportunity surfaces. Wednesday: You brainstorm a content strategy. Claude pulls every note you've ever taken about content, audience, and engagement. Your strategy is built on 6 months of accumulated thinking. Not a blank page. Thursday: You prepare for a meeting. Claude compiles every interaction, note, and decision related to that client. You walk in knowing everything. They think you have a photographic memory. You have Obsidian + Claude Code. Friday: You review your week. Claude shows you connections between your Monday call and Tuesday article that suggest a new product idea worth $5,000-$10,000. An idea you would have lost if your "system" was still 5 apps and a prayer. ↓ The compound effect nobody talks about. Week 1: your second brain has 20 notes. Useful but limited. Month 1: 100+ notes. Claude starts finding connections you missed. Ideas begin building on each other. Month 3: 500+ notes. Your second brain knows more about your work than your actual brain does. Every new note connects to dozens of old ones. Thinking accelerates. Month 6: 1,000+ notes. You don't start from scratch anymore. Ever. Every project builds on everything before it. Your output quality doubles because your input library is massive. Year 1: 3,000+ notes. You're operating on a completely different level. While everyone else starts every project blank, you start every project with a year of connected thinking. That's not a small advantage. That's an unfair advantage. And it started with 1 hour tonight. Follow @codewithimanshu for more AI systems that make you dangerously productive. Save this post. Build it tonight. Or lose another year of scattered thinking. ↓ Who should build this. Founders: Every idea, every meeting, every strategy captured and connected. Stop losing the insights that could 10x your business. Developers: Every bug fix, every architecture decision, every code pattern stored and searchable. Stop solving the same problems twice. Content creators: Every post idea, every audience insight, every performance note linked together. Stop staring at blank pages. Freelancers: Every client interaction, every project detail, every lesson learned accessible instantly. Stop looking unprofessional because you forgot what the client said last month. Students: Every lecture, every reading, every concept connected across subjects. Stop cramming. Start compounding your knowledge. If you think at all for your work, you need a second brain. If you don't think for your work, a bot is probably replacing you anyway. ↓ Why most of you won't do this. Because it's not flashy. It's not a trading bot that prints $50K. It's not a viral AI tool. It's not a get-rich-quick scheme. It's a thinking system. And you've been trained to chase dopamine, not build infrastructure. The guy making $10K/month has a second brain. The guy making $0/month has 47 open browser tabs. One invested 1 hour building a system. The other invested 1 hour deciding what to watch on Netflix. Same hour. Same Tuesday night. Different trajectories. Forever. Building a second brain doesn't feel exciting. Neither does brushing your teeth. But the people who skip it always regret it eventually. ↓ The 1-hour setup. Step by step. Minutes 1-10: Download Obsidian. Free. All platforms. Create your vault. Minutes 10-25: Set up folder structure. Inbox. Projects. Areas. Resources. Archive. Simple. Clean. Scalable. Minutes 25-40: Configure Claude Code integration. Connect it to your vault. Set up the AI assistant context. Minutes 40-55: Create your first 5 notes. Current projects. Active ideas. Things you're thinking about right now. Minutes 55-60: Ask Claude to find connections between your 5 notes. Watch it surface insights you wouldn't have seen yourself. Done. Your JARVIS is live. It works while you sleep. It thinks while you rest. It remembers while you forget. 1 hour. That's it. ↓ Full video tutorial attached. Every step. Every config. Every workflow. 1 hour setup tonight. Lifetime of compounded thinking. The people who build this tonight will never take scattered notes again. Will never lose an idea again. Will never start from a blank page again. The people who skip it will still be searching through 5 apps for that one note they swear they wrote somewhere 6 months from now. Same video. Same tutorial. Same 1 hour. One group builds JARVIS. The other group watches Netflix. You already know which group you'll join. Prove yourself wrong for once. Follow @codewithimanshu for more AI systems that make you dangerously productive. Save this post. Build it tonight. Or lose another year of scattered thinking.
