4th Grand Polemarch Archie A. Alexander appointed Dr. Oliver W. Phillips, Sr. as the 1st Southwestern Province Polemarch who served from 1930-31. Brother Phillips was a member of the Marshall Alumni charter member of the Meharry Medical College Chapter. @kapsi1911 @cjeromebrown
