You asked for feedback so here’s mine. Myself, my friends, and my family have made it very clear: we will not buy a Tesla as long as you remain at the head of the company. The reason is not the cars, but your behavior. Your repeated Islamophobic and racist comments have spread division, toxicity, and hate. I personally know many people who have chosen to go electric, but deliberately avoided Tesla because of you. It’s not the technology that’s the problem but it’s you, Elon.

Please reply to this post with any difficulties you may have had in trying to buy a Tesla. Our goal is for the purchase and delivery experience to be fast and simple, with accurate answers to your questions. The key test is that you would recommend it to a friend.

I don't judge this based purely on the outcome. Intent is what matters most. The guy was being unruly, and he got handled. It doesn't seem like the employee intended to put him in the ICU, rather he intended to protect himself and stop the advancing threat. Sad outcome, not guilty of anything though. FAFO.
