High school coaches are expected to be champions, recruiting consultants, film scouts, & relationship managers — on top of teaching 6 classes a day. For pennies on the dollar. Some good ones are walking away. That’s a problem nobody’s talking about.

Elite speed, a physical runner, and great vision — everything you want in a running back. But what really stood out was his nose for the ball at safety. He led our team with 4 interceptions, returning 3 of them for touchdowns. Only a Sophomore, Junior season is going to be special! 😳🫣😏
