@voskat555555 @biologyinmed @NHSEngland 20 years from now people will look back and say 'What the hell was going on with the social contagion of thousands of people thinking that humans can shapeshift with mutilating their bodies to try and prove it?'

We have asked @NHSEngland’s Board this: ‘Why is there still no dedicated service for detransitioners? It has been two years since the Cass Review recommended one and a consultation has been completed.

@biologyinmed @NHSEngland Over 3 decades, we were personally acquainted with people who de-transitioned. All re-transitioned. Some, repeated this flight for years. The common theme in episodic ‘de-transitioning’ is it’s inflicted by abuse and gaslighting. As a hate-group, they are no ‘use’ to you.

@biologyinmed @NHSEngland Maybe stop criminalising and demonising trans healthcare. It is literally the exact same treatment that detransitioners need. 💡

@biologyinmed @NHSEngland Research in Germany following up treatment after five years shows 77% regret rate among young women. I would post the research but don't know how to add it.

@biologyinmed @crit_gen @NHSEngland Having a 'detransition service' alongside the NHS continuing to 'transition' patients means 'detransition' becoming part of someone's 'gender journey', or to translate, the medical harm continues and the onus is on a vulnerable mismanaged patient to say he or she regrets it. No.

@biologyinmed @crit_gen @NHSEngland There does need to be provision in the NHS for all those who have received and are receiving medically inappropriate harmful interventions aimed at altering a healthy body to look more like the other sex. All such interventions must stop, not just for those who regret having them

@biologyinmed @NHSEngland Because you banned trans healthcare, and that's literally what detransition is. It's trans healthcare. Also, there's hardly any demand for detransition care.

This week, both Portugal and India have removed gender self-identification from their countries' laws, introduced in 2018 and 2019 respectively. Portugal says it is to safeguard women and children, India says it's because self-ID was being "misused"

#Sportslaw Breaking! Yesterday, we shared the Joint Statement from Legal Experts on Genetic #SexTesting in Sport with the #IOC. It argues that genetic sex testing violates numerous national & international laws & calls on the #IOC to reject its use as eligibility criteria. 👇

@ChiefChinua @iocmedia Even if they cant bare to strip the men identifying as women of their medals then those female athletes who should have received medals should be invited to and receive their correct medals at the 2028 Olympics, given a lovely ceremony and receive a public apology.

@iocmedia Those men who won in the female categories in the past while claiming and pretending to be women should be stripped of their medals. That's justice.

I, amongst others, was anxious when you were elected about your stance regarding this issue. I am so delighted to be proven wrong & for you to show a commitment to following evidenced based policies that will protec the rights of women & girls & integrity of women’s sports. I apologise for doubting you.

The women's category of Olympic sports will be limited to biological females from 2028, says the International Olympic Committee. Eligibility will be determined by a "once in a lifetime" sex test, which would prevent transgender women and those with differences in sexual development (DSD) from competing. It will take effect from the Los Angeles Olympics. IOC president Kirsty Coventry said the policy was "led by medical experts".

The IOC just admitted what we all knew but were too afraid to say for the last decade. You can’t build a fair sports category on a social identity. For years, we tried to balance "inclusion" with "fairness" and ended up with a mess that satisfied nobody and undermined female athletes. Returning to a biological female requirement for 2028 isn’t a step backward. It’s a return to reality. Sports are about the limits of the human body, and those limits are defined by biology, not by how we feel. The "inclusion" experiment failed because you can't include everyone and still have a protected category that means anything. This isn't about hate. It’s about the fact that if the women’s category doesn't mean "biological female," then it doesn't mean anything at all

NEW: The IOC has banned transgender and DSD athletes from the female category at the Olympics. SRY screening to determine eligibility as well. IOC president Kirsty Coventry: "It is absolutely clear that it would not be fair for biological males to compete in the female category"

@seaningle That is incorrect. 'Transgender' athletes are not banned from the female category. Females who are 'trans' - such as Hergie Bacaydan and Nikki Hiltz - will still be able to participate in women's sports because they are, in material fact, female.

🚨A Brighton father doesn’t want his daughter coming across penises in the girl’s changing rooms and toilets. Perfectly understandable! But the school has ignored their complaints regarding lack of dignity and is continuing to allow boys who ‘feel’ like girls to be in the school’s single sex spaces under their ‘trans inclusion policy’. So the father is taking his battle to the High Court to ask how far inclusion of boys in this confused state of mind may lawfully extend when it flies in the face of pre-existing legal safeguarding duties of schools. The School Premises Regulations 2012 require BY LAW that ‘sanitary and changing facilities for pupils of a certain age be provided separately for boys and girls, or otherwise in fully private arrangements.’ Since the school in question, and many more, are blatantly failing in this duty, I suspect this case will be watched keenly by concerned parents across the country. open.substack.com/pub/nuntiatori…
