@Foffan_12 I feel slightly better. It’s something that will come and go in my life. I take the necessary steps to handle it, but sometimes you just can’t push the feelings aside.

I suffer from anxiety and depression, and today is one of those days that I'm really feeling it. Just a little reminder it's ok to not be strong every day.🌟

@MixParabellum Sleep is important, but oversleeping is really bad for anxiety and depression. I try to get some fresh air for at least 10 minutes, and eating fruits and vegetables helps me a lot too. I also don’t ignore these feelings. It’s uncomfortable, but recognizing they’re there does help

@codename3cho What do you do to counter it? Make sure you sleep enough?
