@DhruvDeora2 The same thing is going on in my previous company, they hire two college students to develop a complex application based on the MERN stack and the result is so bad that the application does not have any security features, very slow, and there is nothing for state management.

A client of mine recently learned a tough lesson—hired a student dev for $1.5K to build a 20-page custom dashboard in 3 weeks. The result? Bugs, security issues, slow APIs, and zero responsiveness. For students, $1.5K feels like a big deal, and it’s easy to overestimate skills. But taking on more than you can handle hurts both sides—clients lose money, and developers damage their reputation. Lesson? Clients should set realistic budgets, and devs should know their limits. It’s better to underpromise and overdeliver than the other way around. Slowly build your reputation , upgrade your skills and rise even higher
