My Weekly recap:
> Completed 90% of my first SaaS.
> Dropped 3 articles sharing playbooks on how to market on TikTok with a low budget for free, reaching nearly 2M impressions.
> Redesigned my fitness app and started vibe coding it, planning to release early next month.
> Reached over 200K views on TikTok US (US only) and got 4,000 US downloads.
Now it’s time to focus on building a few simple things and getting some rest. 😌

Wth, TikTok US seems easier right now. I just got another video to 81k views with 92% US audience, and it’s still growing.
And I got 20 trials + 5 new subscriptions (excluding renewals).
(Small note: if a video is still gaining traction, don’t post a new one yet, it can stall the momentum. Wait until it slows down before posting.)
This is a sign it might go viral when your US audience drops to around 90%, it means TikTok is starting to distribute your video globally.
This makes me more confident that if your account is healthy but your posts aren’t going viral, it’s a content issue. Try a lot of different content to find your own viral format.
And remember, don’t share your viral format. If it gets copied everywhere, it’ll saturate quickly and people will get bored.

Another US phone I just set up already has a video with 33K+ views (98% US). At this point, I’m pretty confident that if your account is healthy, the main factor affecting performance is content quality. If your content has the right elements value, CTA, and engagement hooks your average views will usually fall around 1K–50K (excluding virals, since those still depend on luck). Today I got 12 new trials from US users, and 6 converted into subscriptions. US users still have the best conversion rate. 🫡
