Imo, Djiku and Salisu aren’t better than Opoku and Adjetey currently.
We certainly miss Kudus. This transition game we play is perfect for him

This is a depleted Ghana team without Kudus, Djiku, Salisu and have played really well against one of the favourites of the tournament.

When Senaya hobbled off and Queiroz brought in Oppong Peprah I knew the man did not want to move away from the plan and it worked.

…but I hope he speaks to Prince Adu. Coming on as a sub and getting subbed off can dent a player’s confidence.

@LordBogos @braQwabena The midfield is our biggest challenge now. Hopefully we have a gem in u21-u23 teams. Partey is almost done we need a suitable partner for yirenkyi (long term). Not a huge fan or Owusu or sibo

@LordBogos @braQwabena Salisu you have a point but a fit djiku starts for Ghana. It is however very good for the country we have reliable depth at the back now, we need to build the team from there

@braQwabena Djiku, maybe. Salisu hasn’t shown enough for us in a Black Stars shirt, I think.
But that’s a fair argument, and if Quieroz prefers them as his starting CBs then we might have to wait and see
